This was my first experience working with a realtor and my first time buying a house, but it was an excellent experience thanks to Julie. In a very short time, she understood what I was looking to buy and helped me find it amidst the "seller's market". Even though it was an especially busy time fora realtor, I was still able to get responses relatively fast. Also, the negotiation processes were handled well by Julie.

“Julie Was Amazing”
We were out of town moving into the area. I had to find a realtor who was quick, efficient, and super knowledgeable. Honestly I have beyond high expectations! Julie was amazing. She is always quick to get back to texts and emails and she knows the Des Moines area and what she is doing. If I didn't find a house on the day I spent looking in town with her I was 110% comfortable having her put a contract in a house for me. I can't say enough great things about her. She cares about her clients and is committed to making them so happy.

"Recommend Her To Anyone"
We worked with Julie to sell my mother-in-law's condo and my own mom's condo both within the last few months when they were no longer able to live on their own. BOTH of them sold on the first day! One of the things I like about Julie (and there are many) is that she aggressively markets the properties using all of her contacts. I think that makes a huge difference in that many people are aware of the property coming onto the market and are then ready to look at it right away so it doesn't get stale. She also gives good advice on what we needed to do to get the properties ready so they would show in the best light possible. She also stays on top of the whole process and keeps it moving. She had to work with my sister who lives out of state due to her being the power of attorney and Julie did an awesome job introducing herself and working well with her long distance. We used Julie to sell our former home and purchase our current home and she also guided our son and his wife as they purchased their first home all within the last year and a half. We trust Julie to have our best interests at heart and I truly believe she's the best realtor out there. She's worked hard for us in each of our transactions and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone.
